Gandhaka parpam can be given with Ghee or butter for skin diseases, fistula and diabetes. For the treatment of skin diseases it administered along with other siddha medicines like  Ganthaga Rasayanam

INDICATIONS;

This is traditionally used for controlling skin diseases such as Megam ,kuttam[ leproma/ simple skin diseases] , sori [itching], sirangu[ scabies], saruma thimir[ numbness of skin ], pavaththiram [fistula],etc.,

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

30-60mgm with honey or butter twice a day before or after food
