Refund And Exchange Policy

We reserve the right to refund and/or exchange and it will be done post verification from our side end to end.  We are not responsible for any damage during shipment or transit and any claim arising out of that will be dealt with our carrier.  Damaged goods will not be taken back nor refunded.  Items which lost its original properties and you received it in unhealthy condition will be checked and suitable replacements arranged.  Shipment that are opened or damaged do not have a receipt and fail in the third-party verification process will not get the refund or exchange and where the exchange is not accepted, we will arrange for reimbursement within 90 days from the date of return of items and the return will happen in the same form of payment like when the items were ordered.

We reserve the right to revise and / or amend this policy from time to time without any notice.

 All obligations, litigations arising out of any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of our headoffice located at Chennai, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu, India.
