Shipping Policy

All shipments are subjective to product availability.  Products ordered and available will be shipped in the earliest shipment and there will be no delay in shipment from our side.  Delivery methods and rates are subject to change without notice and shipping policy will be applicable on your order as well.  Shipping will be made depending upon the type of items orders, method of shipping selected and also depends on the destinations.

We also ship the items which are not supported by prescriptions and the risk of ordering those items purely lies with the customer and we are not in any way responsible.  Items ordered will be delivered in the earliest mode of shipment and will reach in quick turn around time.  Shipment might get delayed due to week end and local government holidays bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstancesand / or  force majeure conditions, etc.  We ensure all the items are properly packed and fit for shipment and any damage arising out of shipment will be borne by the customer.  You can track the shipment in the application of the carrier post 24 hours of booking and we will share the goods consignment note number for tracking.

The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location.Please note that if your location is not served by our regular courier partners, then we will be dispatching your order through Value Payable Post (VPP) or Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days.Delivery time may also vary according your delivery location. Orders placed from North East India require minimum 10-12 business days for delivery.

We do not undertake international shipment at this point of time and once we are ready with the decision to do that, we will be accepting orders from international countries also.

We assure you that all due precautions are taken to ensure your package reaches you intact. An estimated delivery time period is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email/confirmation call containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

The delivery time period varies from product to product due to stock availability and special nature of the products ordered.  We are not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
